This description specifies the geographic location and the property's fixtures and fittings, the amount of rent, any additional charges, payment conditions and how the renter's arrival and departure will be organised. Photos may be included with it.
When you use the internet to select your seasonal rental or your Bed & breakfast, you get direct access to all this information.
In addition to providing direct access to an accurate and detailed description of the rental property, the internet allows you to see your future house, apartment, gîte, chalet or Bed & breakfast through photos, a floor plan, a video and testimonials from previous renters.

When agreeing to our Chart of Trust, owners agree to provide descriptions that are in line with reality.
Additionally, the profile and visitor's book allow you to get to know the owner through the information they provide (family, employment, sports and hobbies...) and the testimonials left by previous renters.
Finally, the evaluation system allows each renter to allocate a score from 1 to 5 for the short-term rental or Bed & breakfast. This gives an advantage to the more pro-active owners and those who respect the Chart of Trust.

In the event of damage occurring during your stay, we recommend that you use your third party liability insurance which will avoid you losing your deposit or paying damages.
Relationships between owners and renters for seasonal rentals are regulated by the Code Civil (French civil law).
